The Clean Team

I bought the dealfind coupon and began calling a few times a day to book an appointment. Never any answer, and the voicemail is ALWAYS full! When I finally got through, I took the first opening they had, 4 MONTHS IN ADVANCE! Tried to call and confirm a few days before, no answer, voicemail full. They never showed so I tried to rebook. They told me to call later. So far I have got a person 3 times and they always tell me to call back because they don't have a pen to write down any appointments!

Bought a $40 voucher for 4 hrs. of work from The Clean Team. Didn't show and didn't call on Wed. for their appt. Today -- didn't come & didn't call. Wed. said they had the wrong no. Haha. What's the excuse today? Very disappointed with this purchase. Don't do business with them. If I get a call & if they show up late, I'll change this review, but I will leave it like this if they don't follow up. Oh, I called, but their voicemail is full.

The other two reviews are more than accurate. The Clean Team did the worse job ever. No dusting, hairs still on the bathroom floor, no cleaning product provided. I paid for 4 hours of 1 person, 2 hours with 2 people, and since they showed up with one sick employee, they were only here for 1 hour. Save the stress, do not let them into your home. Take it as a lesson learned and shred that coupon. It was the first time I was ever take advantage of. they will not be in business for long. Very unprofessional! I am still in disbelief.

I as well purchased a voucher from DealFind and booked for them to come in. The day that I booked for, they did not show. I called them the next day and they told me that they talked to me and told me. They never did!! But because I was persistent that they didn't, she then said, Oh it was another Michelle. The day that they came to clean the house they did not even clean, I truly believed they took my money and ran. To be honest, my 6yr can clean better. Once I called to complain she said that a lady that works for her worked for another company that I used and was unhappy with. She said I couldn't be pleased and never to call her again. This company commits fraud; they take your money and run!! Be aware!!!!

I recently bought 4 hours of cleaning from The Clean Team on Dealfind. I have a relatively small condo (900 sq ft) and thought that it would be spotless after 4 hours of cleaning. When I returned imagine my surprise to find that it had not even been dusted or vacuumed. When I called to say I was unhappy with the clean the person I spoke to (which also happened to be the person that cleaned my condo) made all kinds of excuses and then hung up on me. She then had the nerve to call me back to tell me that she had banned me from EVER using their cleaning service again as well as their 4 affiliate cleaning companies. I would NOT recommend using The Clean Team. I realize that $39 is ridiculously cheap for 4 hours of cleaning but to be honest I don't even think the clean they did was worth that and I certainly NEVER would pay $139 which was the full price value of their 4 hour clean.
