Needed deep cleaning to prepare our house for staging. Received an email confirmation for 2 cleaners. We were on a tight timeline because stagers were coming the next day. No one showed up at the confirmed time. No one answered the phone. No one answered our email. Tried Live Chat and was told that due to a "software scheduling" issue, our cleaning got lost. They offered to send 2 cleaners 5 hours later.
I went back at the new time, and only 1 cleaner showed up. She had a spray bottle of "sanitizer", a water bottle of some cleaner, and a vacuum cleaner. No rags, no mops, no toilet brushes. I explained what needed to be cleaned and left. The second cleaner apparently had the supplies and came 1.5 hours later.
Went to check the next morning and the house had barely been cleaned. Floors weren't mopped, carpets not vacuumed, shelves not wiped. Some of the surface level stuff was done, but definitely not the premium we paid for the deep clean.
I wrote to live chat again. Laura, the manager, was very responsive and apologetic. She offered to send someone in within the hour. This next cleaner, Rosalie, was very experienced. She arrived with all supplies and knew exactly how to clean the unit so it ended up being perfect (although extremely tight and was rushed, given the scheduling with the stagers).
To summarize, while the team was very responsive and the end result was what we were looking for, the overall experience was frustrating. If you go with this company, would recommend that you specify you want an experienced cleaner (ideally Rosalie) and also confirm timing a few days before.
