We moved into a new house and have been looking for garage doors and a reliable team who could complete the job. Excellent work and insight by Chris at Easy Access Garage Doors. We had a problem with the remotes and Chris was able to quickly diagnose that the problem was caused by an LED light bulb (who would have guessed)!

I met Chris, the owner of EASY ACCESS GARAGE DOOR a couple a years ago when I needed to install my Garage Door Opener. He did a great job for me followed by an outstanding customer service when I contacted again a year later for repair on my Garage Door Opener. Chris responded to my email within an hour and came out to have a look at the problem at the agreed upon time. He initially believed that the repair would require the replacement of a part (sprocket) but he spent about 20 minutes evaluating the issues and was confidently able to repair the opener without a new sprocket. He even strengthened the chain, did some maintenance and clearly cared about doing the best job possible.

This couldn't be simpler. I wanted to install a garage door opener. I emailed Chris, he provided a quote for installing a simple one door opener. I sent him some photos of the door, just to make sure. I looked up the brand - it's a good one, and the price was very good too. He showed up exactly when he said he would, installed the opener in about 30 minutes, taught me and my children how to use the keypad - impressed the children with the safety features and warned them about not playing with it - and we are living the happily ever after. Can't wait till the winter. Now all i have to do is get the garage cleaned out and I'll actually be able to drive into it! This is a solid service from a friendly and professional guy. Recommended.

We live in an older part of town and in the back of our house we have an old coach house style garage attached to three similar garages belonging to our neighbour. All needed new garage doors.

We obtained three quotes. First one was flacky and we passed. 2nd was a large company which had to come back a second time to measure in order to provide an estimate. Last was Chris from Easy Access.

Chris arrived promptly on time. Quickly took the measurements and we received an email estimate in short order. We were directed to the manufacturer's website decide on style and colour.

Having chosen Chris told us how soon the installation could happen and we decided on a date.

Chris and crew arrived promptly on time as before. Within 7 hours all four doors were installed and the old doors taken away.

Chris was fantastic. I had a difficult garage door to fit and install and he did a great job. It was on time and on budget and he was very personable and professional. I would highly recommend his company.

My garage door had stopped working. Given the garage itself is old and now tipping slightly, I was worried it couldn't be fixed. But the guys immediately diagnoses the problem, and a few other minor ones about the door, and swiftly and effectively fixed it at a very reasonable rate. The service was also polite, scheduling accommodating, and communication about the door problems and solutions clear and concise. I would highly recommend this organization.

We were very impressed with Chris’s amazing customer service and immaculate workmanship.
We had a more complicated installation, in which we required adjustments to be made in our garage to fit in the tracks, so that we could meet a specific height requirement.
Chris was able to bring in a worker to make the necessary adjustment before starting his installation. The work was very clean and left little post cleanup.

While installing the door Chris worked diligently to ensure that he maximized our space and gave us as much height as he possibly could. He made sure that we were fully stratified with the job.
In addition, after the installation, I notice a slight dent between the panels. I contacted Chris. He immediately ordered 2 new panels and come back to replace them in a very timely fashion.
In terms of pricing, we found Easy Access to be competitive with the market. They were not the cheapest quote that we received, however the knowledge base, and dedication appeared evident and worth the monetary difference.
