We were very impressed with Chris’s amazing customer service and immaculate workmanship. We had a more complicated installation, in which we required adjustments to be made in our garage to fit in the tracks, so that we could meet a specific height requirement. Chris was able to bring in a worker to make the necessary adjustment before starting his installation. The work was very clean and left little post cleanup. While installing the door Chris worked diligently to ensure that he maximized our space and gave us as much height as he possibly could. He made sure that we were fully stratified with the job. In addition, after the installation, I notice a slight dent between the panels. I contacted Chris. He immediately ordered 2 new panels and come back to replace them in a very timely fashion. In terms of pricing, we found Easy Access to be competitive with the market. They were not the cheapest quote that we received, however the knowledge base, and dedication appeared evident and worth the monetary difference. Easy Access Garage Doors in a company that understands the value of quality workmanship and excellent customer service. I have already referred them and have no hesitation to continue referring this Company to others.

With regret we unfortunately have to give this company a bad review. I say with regret because they came highly recommended, and we saw their potential for great work from our relatives and close friends floors. So regardless of their higher pricing, we hired them, thinking that we were dealing with professionals. What we did not know, was that if, or when a problem may arise, there is absolutely no costumer service. Based on the recommendations of this company we were told that all that our hardwood floors in the living and dining room required a coating of lacquer. Trusting the companies experience and expertise we did as suggested. A week after the completion of the job our floors began to peel. To be specific the lacquer did not stick. Our floors looked awful, and the peeling lacquer became a safety concern for our baby. We tried to contact the company's owner via phone and did not get a positive response. Our only expectation was that he would come in and see the floors and recommend a solution. This did not happen. As a final attempt to we wrote a letter outlining what happened and ask that he respond with possible solutions, or, try and rectify the situation. No response to this as well. The customer service we experienced was less then desirable, it was non-existent. Should the contractor choose to contact us and make an effort to make things right we will be happy to update this post accordingly.
