With respect to our situation, he had to replace an old proprietary product (no longer available) with a current product -- no sweat !!

We called Chris in an "emergency" situation when our garage door would not open. Chris was able to fit us into his schedule that same day to come and diagnose what turned out to be a broken motor. Given that we had an old garage door, we decided to replace the entire thing rather than just order a new motor as Chris had suggested.

We placed the order on a Tuesday, and by Friday Chris was at our house installing it. Our new garage door looks fantastic and obviously functions perfectly too. Chris was fabulous to work with, he was friendly and extremely reliable (a rare trait in this industry!) and does careful and efficient work. Highly recommend!

After calling a few other companies to have the lower panel of my garage door replaced without any success, Chris delivered with exceptional professional service. I was on a tight budget and wanted to avoid replacing the entire door at this time. Most passed on the job saying my door panel wasn't made anymore, and couldn't offer a matching replacement panel. Two said they could do the work, but after weeks of chasing them, neither had the professional courtesy to get back to me. Chris was very good at keeping me updated throughout with regards to getting a panel fabricated to match. Though not a perfect match, the replacement panel is very close and the slight difference is barely noticeable.

I contacted Chris from Easy Access Garage Doors after reading the reviews on Home Stars. I was not disappointed. Chris returned my calls in good time, dropped off samples, and gave me good advice on different products. The garaged door was installed last week. A very neat and clean job. A very nice person to deal with. I have recommended him to my neighbours already.

I have a modest garage and needed a simple new door. Chris came to look at garage and quoted me lower than price I was expecting. This included removing old door that was lodged closed. Scheduled install within a few days, came as they said and door is great.
