Shuttle Moving

Shuttle Moving is by far the best moving service we've use. We had been struggling to find a long distance mover with decent reviews, cost and reliability. Edward, whom answered my call when I booked; was amazingly kind, professional and efficient. He asked me clear pre-qualifiying questions that would ensure I was surprised with my invoice at the end of it all. We actually spent around $200 less than we expected overall.

Now on to the actual moving experience: 2 guys with a medium-large truck showed up on-time and ready to go. They quickly assisted our condo and got straight to work. Really easy going and funny to talk to as well, which made the day feel so much better. Once the load was complete, we were straight off. The drivers kept us up to date with there ETA (there was a minor delay due to traffic) and were even extremely apologetic for it, regardless of it being no fault of theirs.

It's too bad we are no longer located in Toronto as we do plan on buying our next house and it would be great to have Shuttle Moving again. If there was one last thing I could say, is that moving is never usually a stress-free idea nor experience; but the guys at Shuttle Moving make it happen.

I want to let everyone know how fantastic SHUTTLE MOVING are. We have had to move 6 times in the last 3 years. During those moves we have had to deal with 4 different moving companies prior to finding Shuttle moving. To say it is a pleasure to have professional movers at an affordable price would be an understatement. Shuttle moving showed up on time, they worked hard moving quickly and efficiently while being cautious not to damage items. I cannot say enough about Edward and his partner. It’s easy to think that anyone can move and all you need is a truck and two guys. Take it from me who has had all kinds of guys show up it’s a lot more than that. Having to supervise movers is not another task that you need to worry about on the day of the move and Edward makes sure of that.
I was able to explain to him what I wanted and how I wanted it done and they were able to do exactly what I wanted and needed during our move each and every time. I am very picky and organized and want to have all tasks completed the day we move so that the next day I can just decorate. For this to occur I need movers that truly understand how to pack a truck so that when we arrive at the new location it is easy to unload and start to unpack right away. High end companies are able to provide this type of service. Shuttle moving is also able to provide this for a reasonable price. I have not looked forward to my moves over the last 3 years however the last two moves with Shuttle moving and this most recent move on July 4th, 2015 I was not worried because I had worked with Edward once before.
I will be move again in a couple of months because of my work schedule, for the first time I actually do not mind and I feel stress free because I have already spoken with Edward and I know all will go according to plan. He will be able to move me calmly, efficiently and in the manner I want it done. These guys are fantastic and I highly recommend them, and trust me I am picky. Maria V

Edward and his team are amazing. Punctual, professional, caring. I used their service 3 times already and wouldn't use anyone else but them. They are not afraid of any work and know what they do. Have all the tools for assembly/deassembly also. Highly recommended!!!!

Shuttle moving were recommended to me by a relative who used them twice. Edward, the owner came to my house and was very professional while giving me a quote. On moving day, the whole crew showed up on time, with 2 trucks as promised. The guys were incredibly professional and very friendly. They protected all of my furniture. They finished the move in exactly the time they quoted, and there were no surprises. I have since recommended them to friends and will use them any time I move in the future.

First of all, the consultant who I spoke to when I arranged the move was wonderful. He answered all my questions and took them seriously -- even the questions I thought were silly. There also was no 'hard sell' when he gave the estimate, which was very nice. 
On the day of the move, the crew arrived right on time and were very professional, friendly...and FAST! (Even neighbors commented about how quick they were) As fast as they were, however, my furniture arrived in perfect condition -- not a single ding or scratch. The crew also took the time to make sure I was satisfied with the placement of all the furniture. Even the cost was a surprise, but a good one. My move cost *significantly* less than those of friends who have used other companies for a similar-size move. 
I could go on and on, but you get the idea. I am recommending Shuttle Moving company to everyone I know! Great job -- and thank you very, very much!

Edward and his co-mover did a great job making my move from Mississauga to London (with an additional stop) stress free. They showed up on time, were efficient and professional. Definitely would use them again.

They were on time, extremely nice, and quite professional. They came highly recommended from some. It couldn't have worked out better. We were expecting a cost of about $1300-$1500. They worked very fast (going up and down the 4 flights of steps) and the quality couldn't have been better. Everything went smoothly. Very pleased. Because they worked so quickly, the price came down to $800. Will DEFINITELY recommend and use Shutle Moving for my next move.

Very polite People. Professional approach, and flexible hours. Awesome price for the job. Always helpful advises, very gentle to walls and furniture. No damages no extra time required. Was positively surprised during negotiating process. Easy to talk with this people, very easy to come with any solution at any time.
