I contacted Manjur to perform a home inspection of a seven year old house I was going to purchase. This was a first time purchase for me and I was very concerned about making sure my home was in good condition. Manjur was extremely patient and clear about all the concerns he had and provided me with a written report at the end of the inspection. I was able to make a very informed decision about the purchase and when I had follow up questions he spent time on the phone to go over questions I had. It was such a thorough and detailed inspection and it was the best money I ever spent! I recently had Manjur perform an inspection of a house I am planning to purchase. The experience was most enjoyable as Manjur is courteous, extremely knowledgeable in his field, very professional and did not mind taking time during the inspection to explain what he was seeing. At the end we also did a complete walkthrough recapping what was previously identified and discussed in greater details, along with other observation I has made. What really impressed me was that along with the identified problem, Manjur provided, not only 1 solution, but a range of solution from "on a budget" to "cost is not an issue" as well as priority of what needs to be completed first.

Would I use Manjur's service again in the future - Absolutely!

Manjur's inspection was especially thorough! He took his time inspecting every aspect of the house, and without him I might have purchased the biggest mistake of my life. He is my go-to Inspector from now on! I also want to mention that he booked me on very short notice, which I appreciated.

Manjur conducted a thorough inspection of the house from the attic to the basement. In every room, he inspected the moisture content in the walls, the air flow through the temperature, draft and seal between the windows and a thermal imaging scan of the walls. Although the house looked spotless and perfect, he identified various critical issues and other minor faults that had to be addressed. He found mice infestation problem in the attic and based on that he checked specific locations that mice hide through out the house to look for mice droppings. This revealed that the problem was not localized to the attic but spread through out the house. He also checked all the wiring thorough out the house, ventilation in the attic and the rain water drain. His inspection into the furnace unit also identified that it had not been serviced or maintained in a long time. Due to the short time line in which the condition for the sale of the house had to be met, he provided a written report outlining the critical flaws and a recommended timeline in which to address them.

I was highly pleased by his service and would highly recommend him to others.

Do not fall for the FAKE reviews this guy gets on his website because we did. We just realized that it is virtually impossible that 80 people gave him a perfect 10/10 score. We then actually read these reviews and realized we were duped.

We have seen this person's work and it is terrible. He gives does a BASIC inspection and presents it on a cheap DOLLAR store binder with generic "fill in the blanks" reports. I've had inspections before and the reports from other inspectors were detailed and presented in a professional matter. He is also very quiet and doesn't explain things well to the point that we never knew if it was a big deal or not. Whenever we ask if the problem is a big problem or not he would just tell us to "seek professional advice"... really?
My advice is to avoid, we created an account to warn others not to fall for the fake reviews about this guy.

I would highly recommend Manjur for his detailed, meticulous and professionalism. I am very impressed with the result of the thermal image, which identified the improper insulation at the Attic and poor performance of AC. I really have a piece of mind with his inspection
