Came to our home on time and was very professional. As a first time home owner, he answered all my questions and provided me with great tips/advice. Inspected the whole house (with infrared camera as well), took pictures and prepared a report to be sent to Tarion. Would highly recommend.

We recently hired this company to inspect a house. The engineer, Manjur Mirza, was very professional. He took his time in inspecting the house. After he was done, he provided us with a detailed report and explained all the details. He gave us rough estimates on costs of fixing issues that needed fixing right away and of future maintenance down the road. He later sent us copies of the pictures by email along with house maintenance guide. I will surely recommend this company to my friends and family.

Awesome service. Punctual and friendly. I loved the fact that I got to go around with him on the inspection. My wife and I purchased a new home and were told we wouldn't need an inspection. Boy were those people wrong! Manjur was very thorough and found many problems that neeees to be addressed.

After doing some homework I decided to give Reliable Home Inspection a chance. Having now worked with Mr. Manjur Mirza for my inspection, I now understand why. His knowledge of building codes, best practices and engineering, as well as being equipped with the right tools, gives him the ability to effectively analyze and report on any looming concerns in the house. He spent 3 hours in the property and gave us an organized binder with a full report on the state of the home along with 150 photos (electronically). He also gave us some sound advice on how to improve the home in the long run to increase efficiency, things i would have never thought of. Also, I would like to add that his rates are indeed quite fair and extremely competitive.

We hired Mr. Manjur to inspect a house we are buying. He is extremely professional. The quality of his inspection stunned me and the home seller who is also a home builder. He uses state of the art inspection equipments like thermal camera to look through the wall. This was suppose to be a visual inspection, but Mr. Manjur goes a way beyond... I recommend him for anyone who care about their investment. Oh, yes, he also accommodate our complex schedule.
