Mr. Manjur Mirza is a great home inspector! He was prompt, he even arrived earlier than us and was already setting up his equipment. He walked us through the entire house and the entire process. He took the time, did not rush through the process, and was very thorough. He even went up into the attic and highlighted insulation and possible mice issues. He also pointed out areas of concern that need immediate attention and other issues about the house and how to fix them. He also gave tips in the proper care and maintenance of the house. His thermal imaging equipment gave an inside look behind the walls. He also gave references/contacts for specific house concerns. Afterwards, he gave us a detailed report of his findings and a copy of the images he took during the inspection. He even continued to provide information and insights about the issues to help us negotiate with the seller. Top that with his friendliness and very professional behavior. Overall, a great experience with a great home inspector. Highly recommended!

Needing a home inspection quickly, we called Manjur given the reviews on HomeStars. Manjur immediately made time to accommodate us. Manjur arrived on time and was very good at pointing out deficiencies which saved us a lot of money and headache (enough so that we walked away from the first home). On our second attempt to find a home, we called Manjur again. This time it was a new build. Thinking there couldn't be much wrong, we were amazed at how many deficiencies he found. Fortunately the builder was able to address these issues satisfactorily. Manjur is a very professional home inspector and only tells you what you need to be worried about (he doesn't waste time by pointing out only the obvious). We hope we have found the home of our dreams, but if we do search again, we will definitely use Manjur.

Excellent inspector. Very thorough. Took lots of pictures of the house., spent time explaining the issues, overall he did a great job. Left us with a written report that was easy to read. Easily saved me 10,000 in repairs I would need to spend on the house. I found him through this site, and his high ratings are because he knows his business. What does cost effective outstanding quality home inspection means? Mr. Mirza has proved himself while inspecting my new home. As a proactive person, he tried his best to inspect very small detail of each and every part of my house and has had successfully discovered various issues that I never had realized. Moreover, with his “X-ray/thermal imaging machine” (Btw, only few inspector own this kind of machine), he was able to show me various issues those are impossible to see through bare eyes.
I am extremely satisfied with his work along with his punctuality, sincerity and professional attitude. As such, I do recommend other to consider him for their home inspection. I wish him success.

We are coming up on our 30 day Tarion Warranty home inspection. After some research, Reliable Home Inspection seemed to come up on the top the search list. We were please at how comprehensive the inspection was and the level of detail in the report in conjunction with the photos / thermal images.

We were noticing a lot of heat loss in our house, and Reliable was able to pin point the source. Everything is ready to submit to Tarion with little to no work on our end.
