Keith and his crew have been fantastic. When I first was looking for quotes, I found Keith actually knew what he was selling me. When I had questions about the cost of the quote, he came back to go over and explain why he chose the materials and how they would benefit us long-term. He wanted us to be 100% satisfied with what he proposing and while he was the highest cost quoted, we knew we were paying for quality. The crew are really nice and seem happy to be working together. I would absolutely hire Keith again.

After reading reviews online I decide to give both or tree services a call. It took about two weeks for them to send me an estimate. Right after the pruning, I was conflicted with how the pruning went. After contacting the company, they explained what they did and why. After two weeks have passed the tree looks fantastic. They were professional, and polite, and responded to my follow up questions right away. I would absolutely recommend them.

I'm a first time home owner since June 2015. When I bought the house I was told the hot water tank was a rental. I was never told this meant I was locked in to the previous owners seven year contract. If I want to break the contract I need to pay you 1300 dollars. I have never seen a contract from reliance. I was told over the phone today that by paying the first bill I was agreeing to take over the previous owners contract. I am outraged and disgusted that your company is allowed to do this. The first girl from Reliance I spoke to 2 weeks ago said she would mail me a copy of said contract. I have yet to see any contract from reliance. The guy on the phone today told me that I should have not paid my bill to you and that would have given me a chance to fight it. I will now make sure everyone I know stays clear of renting from reliance.

Excellent inspector. Very thorough. Took lots of pictures of the house., spent time explaining the issues, overall he did a great job. Left us with a written report that was easy to read. Easily saved me 10,000 in repairs I would need to spend on the house. I found him through this site, and his high ratings are because he knows his business. Even my agent said she would recommend his services!
