We are coming up on our 30 day Tarion Warranty home inspection. After some research, Reliable Home Inspection seemed to come up on the top the search list. We were please at how comprehensive the inspection was and the level of detail in the report in conjunction with the photos / thermal images. We were noticing a lot of heat loss in our house, and Reliable was able to pin point the source. Everything is ready to submit to Tarion with little to no work on our end. Thanks!
