We were very happy with the great professional carpet cleaning services we got, We could not ask for any better services, indeed, We rented a one bedroom apartment that needed professional steam deep carpet cleaning, Five Star Rug and Carpet cleaning referred to me by one of my friend who is also an agent that work with them for his clients. So, we had them to come in. Bob and his helper were very professional, efficient and well mannered people to deal with, We were very happy with their great cleaning result, customer services and price. We have called Five Star Flood Emergency on late evening on Friday night to come and take care of the our flooded condo due to the overflow of laundry machine problem. They were very quick to respond and got here fast. They were very professional and relax but quick to deal with our flooding situation. Because of rental place and also the the others condos beneath us, we were so worried to have more water damages. They were able to control the water to other condo, dried the hard wood floor and baseboards in a way to save them and bring the cost down as well since we are students. We really appreciate their great work, cost and their generosity and consideration towards our concerns and issues. Thank you so much Bob and his amazing crew. Thank you for your very nice quality services. Five Star Rug and Carpet cleaning did an excellent job in cleaning and removing stains from our carpet and rugs after a huge birthday party that we had for our twin daughters. My personal attempts was to rent a machine and do it ourselves. Not only we could not get rid off stains , but somehow it made the stains got spread bigger and worse. Then I was on internet searching for professional cleaning, where I found this company and saw their reviews. I am so glad I did leave the job to professional as I should have done from beginning.
