An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
We have called Five Star Flood Emergency on late evening on Friday night to come and take care of the our flooded condo due to the overflow of laundry machine problem. They were very quick to respond and got here fast. They were very professional and relax but quick to deal with our flooding situation. Because of rental place and also the the others condos beneath us, we were so worried to have more water damages. They were able to control the water to other condo, dried the hard wood floor and baseboards in a way to save them and bring the cost down as well since we are students. We really appreciate their great work, cost and their generosity and consideration towards our concerns and issues. Thank you so much Bob and his amazing crew. We recommend their flood emergency services to others.
