What an amazing services and company to deal with. I called Five Star rug and carpet cleaning based on their great reputations and reviews on home stars. I am so happy that I did. From the time I called and talked to Bob and got the quote to finishing my sofa sets and few chairs cleaning and scotch Guarding,e, their services were great. Very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable people to work with. We had some water damage to our uint and the Under Padding in a cupboard was stinking because it was wet then dried out and we also had two bedrooms Steam Cleaned. Bob & John did a wonderful job. We had an appointment for 10:00 am and they came at 9:45am. Bob explained everything they where going to do and they finished around 11:00am. Carpets are almost dry by 8:45pm

We are so happy with the greatest services we got on our 2 bedroom condo carpet Cleaning, our sofa set cleaning and stain removal plus scotch guarding them . Bob and his technician were on time as they promised. They had great customer services, they did very through and professional job with very fair price for all of these hard work. The cleaning result was amazing, although Bob told us that they do not 100% gaurantee that stains all be removed. We will use their great services again and we recommend them to others. We have had Five Star Rug and carpet Cleaning to clean couple of hand made rugs where some parts of the fringes needed repairing as well . They were very punctual and had great price as well. they picked up and dropped off the rugs for free, we had our rugs back in 5 days as they did promised. We were very happy with their great customer services. The cleaning and repairing result was beyond our expectations. We recommend them to others. Thank you Bob and Sam for going beyond their job to help us to move our furniture to remove the rugs and put them back again. Thank you Bob for the under pads for the rugs which keeps them in place and not moving around any more.

I would like to share my experience with the flood and water damage problem I had about 10 days ago. Water overflow from the bathroom sink in our apartment which went to my daughter's bedroom and soaked the carpet there . So we tried to dry it our own way and thinking will dry. After few days we noticed our carpets smells bad. I called few companies to get advice. Five Star Cleaning company was one of them. I talked to Bob and he explain in details that the area needs to be dried including baseboards, under pads removed, then new under pads installed and so on, it will take 3_5 days. Other company insisted that with carpet cleaning my problem will be resolved, since it was going to cost way less, I decided to clean the carpet. So they came in and cleaned the carpet where they used lots of products to get rid off the smell. Next day we noticed not only the smell did not get better , it got even worse?? At that time after 3 days, I called Bob again, and I Honestly told him what has happened. Without getting upset or offended he arranged to come in and fix the problem for us, To make the story short, Bob and his crews came in, they had to take out the under pads, dry all the baseboard and the area for 3 days, then they put a new under pads, fixed the baseboards and clean , dis infect the carpets for us. They tried to have the minimal distraction to our family routines. It was like magic , smell disappeared. I learned to leave the job to professionals, I was lucky that I was able to fix these water damage situation soon enough to prevent mould formation which would have cost me lots of money. I would like to thank Bob for his honesty, excellent customer services, and great job done. I learned my lessons to leave the job to professionals and save money in long run. We have a couple of water damages in the house that were not so serious but needed fixing. We filled out the form on Five Star's website and we were contacted not long after. Bob came in with his partner and assessed the situation (this includes taking moisture reading of the damaged areas). Bob takes the "if it ain't broken, don't fix it" approach with his assessment. He assured us that our ceiling don't need to be cut up and dehumidifying the house was sufficient; he also told us even though he's not a professional painter, he would try to plaster and paint the damage area afterwards. The house was dehumidified for two days, Bob and his partner came in and took another reading, confirmed that the house is indeed dried, plastered and painted what he can, cleaned up the place, he also gave us a few house improvement and maintenance tips, we paid him and they were on the way. It has been a couple of weeks since the service and the damages indeed have stayed dried this whole time (we are going to re-paint the areas ourselves). We are satisfied with Bob's service and his honesty, and would recommend anyone to use Five Star for water damages services.

Due to heavy rainfall our basement carpet got soaked. Bob and his staff came as soon as they could to assess and fix our situation. He was very knowledgeable, polite and explained in detail each step of what we could expect. Within a week everything has been dried, replaced and cleaned. Thank you Bob and your team!
