Dealing with Frank Hekmatti, the sales representative, was great.
Frank is very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He helped me choose the right furnace and AC for my home by explaining to me everything I needed to know in order to make the right choice. I could call him any time if I needed additional information. He scheduled the installation in very tight time frame to accommodate my availability, and I thank him for that.
Working with Frank Hekmatti was wonderful.
I also want to mention the technicians, Nick and Berlin, who were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. They were great and pleasant and willing to explain to me anything that I had questions about.
I had a great Mersey team and the job was completed to my satisfaction. Thank you
