Your technician arrived slightly in advance of the time arranged, was polite, efficient, considerate and demonstrated how I could unblock a water line that had been causing overflow. Very happy with the service.

Technician Stephen Oh is very knowledgeable and good analytical skills. My water heater has deep humming noise and its intermittent. He is very patient and track where is the problem and resolved. Thanks.

these ppl need to be supervised, don't expect hands-off service...asked for pool heater to be installed, I totally understand how irresponsible some of these companies can be and specifically mentioned that electrical/pump/gas piping are needed...sales guy Brian says ok to everything, when he slips us the contract, it just mentions the gas piping...that's when we find out the rest won't be done. really sneaky...luckily we are always careful with these sales people....we're in a rush to get our pool up for our party, so we ok'd it anyways...
then comes the installers, who just mount the pipes on the wall and didn't get it hooked up to the heater and left, their explanation according to the manager: "heater wasn't there"...when it was blatantly standing only a few feet from them and shouldn't they be asking where it is first instead of just leaving? I complained, so they came back the next day and claimed that they need the pumps/electrical set up before they can hook it up to the heater, fine...the pump guy came and they stayed a while and left because they got called to another job..wouldn't even stay a bit longer to finish things up..then it's the weekend, he doesn't work on the weekends, there's only emergency service on weekends, he goes home at 5, blah blah blah, so it took 5 days to finallly get the damn thing set up...complained to the manager about both the installer and the salesguy, manager was impatent, defends the salesguy claiming that the salesguy didn't know the company doesn't do electrical/pumps for pool heater, but he found out and left it out on the contract, so it was ok to him...and the installers came back and got the job done 4 days later anyways so it's no big deal!.......so basically their service is fine and they got the salesguy to call me back and basically just yelled and hung up on me!.go for this company if you don't enjoy having to supervise and there is no time constraint...If you want a company that takes charge and everything you need to know explained, don't say you haven't been warned...and they aren't cheap, so there you go...1 star for eventually getting the job done
