As a newer homeowner in the city I am still at that point where I'm finding contractors that I feel I can trust.

I had a leak in my back mudroom that I had another well-known Toronto roofing company in to fix. After what turned into over a month of back-and-fourth and a few thousand dollars spent, I had a room that was still leaking and ended up terminating the contract and looking elsewhere.

After a proper water test, he worked with me to find a solution that would work within my budget and goals for the house. The workers he had in were professional and courteous, the workplace was kept clean and the work was done quickly and efficiently. Pictures of the progress were provided, as well as feedback along the way and explanation given for specific choices and suggestions. Bill was able to work around my schedule and the final product was wonderfully finished.
