During a renovation our upstairs bathroom began to leak down into the ceiling area above the kitchen. The area had to be opened, dried and repaired in quick order. Having worked with Bill in the past I sent him a message and he was over the next day. One of the challenges in trying to get projects done during this pandemic is that everyone is rushed, stressed, and overworked. Bill took the time to listen to the issue, had a solid plan, and the resources to get it done in a timely and professional manner. His workers are courteous, follow covid protocol and are very communicative through the whole process. Having worked with Bill twice now, I trust his judgement, know he wont cut corners, and will help me out in the most cost-effective way possible. As a newer homeowner in the city I am still at that point where I'm finding contractors that I feel I can trust. I had a leak in my back mudroom that I had another well-known Toronto roofing company in to fix. After what turned into over a month of back-and-fourth and a few thousand dollars spent, I had a room that was still leaking and ended up terminating the contract and looking elsewhere. That's when somebody suggested Bill. Bill was fantastic to work with, listened to what the problem was and took the steps to understand the issue before suggesting a fix. After a proper water test, he worked with me to find a solution that would work within my budget and goals for the house. The workers he had in were professional and courteous, the workplace was kept clean and the work was done quickly and efficiently. Pictures of the progress were provided, as well as feedback along the way and explanation given for specific choices and suggestions. Bill was able to work around my schedule and the final product was wonderfully finished. I am happy that I gave him a call and would suggest his company to anyone with roofing or waterproofing-related issues with full confidence.
