Pine Glen provide the level of service that everyone expects on a project (on time, on budget, made with quality & care, with attention to detail and professionalism - all with a smile), but usually never gets. You would be doing yourself a disservice to not at least get their opinion and estimate on your needs.
We sought out multiple quotes when trying to assess who to help us with our home project, and Pine Glen showed a level of expertise and understanding of home projects that was clearly a step above the rest. They are true experts when it comes to understanding how these home projects get executed.
We were a small project for them and they provided us with the same level of service that their larger projects benefit from. Everyone there really cares about your project no matter the size. Justin, Eddie, Tyler, Luca, Andre, Gloria, Jenna, Artur, and everyone else at Pine Glen always made us feel so welcome and valued throughout the project. You can see the level of trust and strength of relationships within their office that are all core to how they execute projects as a high performing team. When the key person on our project fell ill, others managed to step in and ensure that everything was well executed on time. Their subcontractors were also superb.
I really enjoyed the buildertrend app that they use where everything is documented and everyone from Pine Glen is super responsive. Even at 6 pm, 9 pm, on weekends I would get responses within minutes. All the little details are captured from the time of the estimate and throughout the whole process; even things like when we wanted to salvage specific materials from the debris pile.
They did a phenomenal job from start to finish and our house looks amazing now.

We began the process of working with Pine Glen in March 2022 and the construction of our home project in May. From the outset, we were hugely impressed by the professionalism, attention to detail, accuracy, and customer service of the Pine Glen team. The extra asks that we wanted to include, they figured out how to solve for and accomplish. We finished on time and on budget and are absolutely thrilled with how Pine Glen managed the project and love our new home.

We can’t begin to express our thanks to Pine Glen for our basement construction project. From beginning to end, Pine Glen staff were courteous, professional and pleasant to work with. Our project was completed during the difficult period of lock-downs, supply chain issues and staffing shortages. Yet it was completed on time and on budget! Their excellent planning and communication skills really made a difference to our positive experience of what is typically a stressful event. Pine Glen does not settle for “good enough”, nor do they cut corners. Pine Glen has now completed our 2nd basement renovation.

We never got a chance to really enjoy our first one as we unexpectedly sold our home sooner than we expected. Nonetheless, I am sure the professionally finished basement was one of the reasons we sold over asking as we had more compliments on the basement than any other area of the home during the various showings.

When we decided to renovate the basement of our new home we did not hesitate to once again hire Pine Glen. This time they have really outdone themselves as we are getting so many "wow's" as our friends and family see it for the first time. The basement includes our dream gym that we absolutely love. The qualities we loved about them the first time around continued – easy to reach, organized, always clean up at the end of day, communicate with us frequently, utilize higher quality reputable trades and have a great team that ensures all of the smaller touches are done to our specification. Using the builder trend system was an excellent experience as we could see all of our choices, schedule, budget and key messages in real time. Managing this project through the COVID period was not short on challenges but site super Tyler was amazing keeping us posted on any delays which were minimized throughout.

While we hope this is our last basement renovation I would not hesitate to use Pine Glen again!

These guys came in and did exactly what was promised. Although the project ran a few days over time we were completely satisfied and impressed with their work, highly recommended.
