Their whole team from the main office to their team on site (Andrei and Henry) were all respectful and have treated us with nothing but kindness. They are responsive and they do not walk away from hard conversations all throughout the project. There is always someone from their team who is ready to provide a helping hand. Our project is not perfect and weve had issues along the way. I was impressed with how they handled these issues with us and how they have resolved each one of them with only one objective - to make us happy and alleviate the stress it would have caused us. We hired Pine Glen for a full home renovation in Oakville. They were professional, efficient and delivered high quality work. These are the things you expect from a builder and they ticked every box.
