Pine Glen has now completed our 2nd basement renovation. We never got a chance to really enjoy our first one as we unexpectedly sold our home sooner than we expected. Nonetheless, I am sure the professionally finished basement was one of the reasons we sold over asking as we had more compliments on the basement than any other area of the home during the various showings. When we decided to renovate the basement of our new home we did not hesitate to once again hire Pine Glen. This time they have really outdone themselves as we are getting so many "wow's" as our friends and family see it for the first time. The basement includes our dream gym that we absolutely love. The qualities we loved about them the first time around continued – easy to reach, organized, always clean up at the end of day, communicate with us frequently, utilize higher quality reputable trades and have a great team that ensures all of the smaller touches are done to our specification. Using the builder trend system was an excellent experience as we could see all of our choices, schedule, budget and key messages in real time. Managing this project through the COVID period was not short on challenges but site super Tyler was amazing keeping us posted on any delays which were minimized throughout. While we hope this is our last basement renovation I would not hesitate to use Pine Glen again! Andrew Chiodo
