After returning home from a long trip I found the gate to my lane way access literally flapping in the wind. We use it as a major part of our home security. I called Charlie (aka Rescue Man) first thing in the morning. Charlie and Dan came stopped by after another job and fixed it for me. They were amazing, went the extra mile, I felt comfortable with them and feel my home is safe again. When I first read the name I kind of chuckled, but it turns out he really was my rescue man. I will definite use them again and highly recommend them.

I had an old ceiling fan that a wanted taken down, a new one put up and another one that needed to be put up again as the first guy didn't do the job correctly and there were issues with the install. Charlie and Benny showed up on time, did the work quickly and properly and were polite and friendly. I will certainly have them back to do some more work around my home.

Charlie and Benny did a great job, on time and within budget. They were great to deal with, and Charlie alerted me to a couple of potentially serious problems I wasn't aware of, one that he fixed at no charge and one that he referred to another trade. Much appreciated!

We had to have a dryer vent install in our basement and contacted Mr rescue Aka Charlie to do the job. He returned our first call in a short time and came the first time to give us an estimate ON TIME! After talking about the project we agreed and Charlie came on the day of the installation ON TIME again !!! Mr rescue met all my expectation regarding the installation and we will contact Charlie for any future job in our home. Thank you to Anna for helping us communicate through email.

We were very pleased with the work and the service. Charlie took care of a number of different projects (faucet replacement in the laundry room, fixing a pocket door and replacing a piece of eavestrough) in one day for a very reasonable price.

I needed this job done in a hurry and Charlie was able to fit me in
quickly. He arrived on time and
his work was excellent, perhaps a bit expensive. Not sure about this as I had no time to get other quotes. He does all kinds of small jobs - he has also rehung a door for me and installed a new dryer vent.

Charlie and his team were amazing. I picked Mr. Rescue based on the many glowing reviews on homestars, and was NOT disappointed.

Charlie tackled multiple projects ranging from dry-walling a room, replacing a ceiling, repairing plaster walls, finishing a deck, and painting.

Charlie and his team not only deliver a quality job, they put the time and detailed thought into planning and approaching projects. They then execute their plans in an efficient and economical manner.

Dealing with Charlie has been wonderful. I would highly recommend Mr. Rescue. Charlie and his crew are in high demand, but they are worth waiting for.

Charlie is punctual, courteous, fastidious, was very sweet to my kids, and did fine work. He even followed up a week later to see if everything was to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend him.

Charlie and Benny removed our OTR microwave, upper cabinet, realigned the vent, placed a backsplash and installed a new wall-mounted range hood. They also replaced a leaky kitchen faucet, and repaired two gates all while repairing a couple of other items not on our list free of charge. They worked for a bit over 2 and a half days and left the house in great shape. They went above and beyond what was asked of them and with very reasonable rates. The finished work looks fabulous and my husband and I are extremely satisfied with the level of service. We would definitely call Mr. Rescue back for future renovations and would highly recommend their services. Thanks again guys!

After reading the excellent reviews, I now know why this company gets all 10s. I called mainly regarding my leaky/squirty kitchen faucet and my front porch. Charlie was busy but managed to stop by when he had a few moments. He first advised me what to do re another company's bad workmanship on my front porch and then suggested I get a new faucet and let him know when I had it. I did that, and Charlie managed to fit me in within the week! I've already recommended Mr Rescue to several friends, and will continue to do so. Honesty, fairness, and willingness to do what he can to help out. Its all good.
