A Direct Energy serviceman came to service my gas fireplace and red tagged the unit because he could not find the rating plate. I called Imram at Gas Fireplace who came immediately and found the plate in one second, The D.E. man does not know his fireplaces. I cancelled the maintenance plan, needless to say.
