We were very happy the improvements to our front door by Vinyl Window Pro. Their price was competitive, Avi in sales was friendly and informative and the installation was very professional. The work was completed on time, the cleanup was thorough and the door looks beautiful. Great job guys!

I would like to thank Vito for his professionalism in offering his services including his pricing quotations, measuring and installing scheduling his following up to see if everything was satisfactory. Igor and Sergei were extremely efficient in their installation of the windows making sure to explain anything the least little bit out of the ordinary that might be required. They also took extreme measures to disrupt the flower beds minimally. Would I recommend this company? Absolutely! In fact as I write this installations are being done on the home of good friends. My praise could not be any higher.

It came time in our lives to move to a different house or renovate our old one. The kids had grown up and moved out, and my mother needed a place to live close to us. Given the fact we loved our neighborhood we decided to renovate our existing home. We went with Vinyl Window Pro because of the variety of windows and looks we could choose from. Our house looks nothing like the old 70's bungalow is once was. Modern and functional. My Mom is comfortable and so are we. Thank you for going above our expectations.

My family and I moved from a condo into our first home recently. My 8-year-old daughter has a larger bedroom now, and we wanted to make it extra special for her, so we arranged to have a lovely half-moon shaped window installed. The pre-existing windows are a bit old, so we are working at replacing all of them around the house in time. But for now, we are starting with her bedroom. The design is absolutely stunning and lets so much sunshine through! We are so pleased with the look! We want to thank Vadim for a terrific job.

Last year, I took the easy route to have my old wooden windows repainted. However, the harsh winter coupled with the glaring sun in my South facing backyard brought my windows back to their old peeling and dire state! So, I made a conscious decision to have them replaced this year instead. I began my journey at Costco looking into their offerings and found my way onto Homestars where I made arrangements with the 10 most highly rated companies to provide me with an assessment/estimate. It was interesting to go through the process as I found all the vinyl window offerings to be the same, but the delivery of the details and price were all over the map. Overall, I was most impressed with Vinyl Window Pro because Tisha was the only guy to bring a working sample, gave me the most honest opinion, and got me to come down to the office to demonstrate everything (from window pane differences, low-E, Climaguard, to operating mechanics). I'm a very technical + hands-on guy, so I can really relate and appreciate things up close 'n personal. Anyways, after careful consideration and negotiating, I decided to bite the bullet and get the entire house done (10 windows + 1 patio door). It took about 3.5 weeks to have the windows ordered and have the installer guys come in early July. Vlad and his crew were swift and courteous throughout the window installation process. The quality of work was outstanding and they were able to deliver in as promised 2-day time frame. My only complaint was that they left a bit of a mess behind, which I they did make some efforts to cleanup, but it probably would of been less if they covered things up better to begin with. If it weren't for that, I would of given Vinyl Window Pro top marks!

I needed to do some renos on my cottage this spring to get it ready for summer. I didn’t need anything too fancy – just a safe and secure metal door for the front entrance. Jeremy wasn’t pushy; he really listened to what I needed and sold me something just right. The installer was on time and did a careful job. I would use Vinyl Window Pro again.
