End to end service was professional, honest, efficient and friendly.

The quotation was provided professionally, they performed multiple visits to explore options, listened to our feedback and ensured the windows met requirements and building codes. We also visited their showroom to finalise options for the doors.

The contracting processes was straight forward. They took time to make sure the work to be completed was thoroughly documented and were explicit on what would and would not be completed.

All windows and doors were installed to a high standard. There were no manufacturing issues with the windows, all awnings and casements worked.

The team were polite and courteous, turned up when they said they would, and cleaned up after themselves.

They communicated well, and let us know what would happen and when. They always returned our calls and e-mails and answered our queries in an open and honest way.

We went to see about 5 different companies for this. These guys were great to work with. Very professional and very quick. Door and windows look amazing. We got an oversized patio door with 2 side windows installed. It was an easy process to go in and look at samples and chose the right size and style for us. Highly recommend.
