I contacted these guys to fix a leak in my roof. It was a little tough to get them to come out originally as they were really busy but once they quoted me the job got done and the leak is fixed under budget that they quoted me.

I called around to get a couple of quotes for some basic chimney flashing updates. Darrell replied rapidly, visited onsite the next day - I did not even have to be there, and provided me a firm estimate.
His professional, rapid response demonstrated a solid understanding and inspired confidence.
I attempted to go with the local guy because I like to keep business in the neighbourhood but after multiple back and forth, and loosing weeks, I returned to Darrell who immediately scheduled and completed the work.
It was a relatively small job and Darrell handled it in the professional and confident manner you would want but is so often lacking in trades. I guess that's why he has a consistent high rating here.

To my horror, after just finishing our new bathroom, the roof directly above started leaking - wrecking the new drywall and paint. Luckily I called Millwall. It was a Saturday and I was really worried that the whole bathroom job would be beyond repair. I didn't know them but was hopeful and optimistic that they would be able to help. They were in the neighborhood, and they came straight over, had a look and made the repair right away. I couldn't be happier.

Once the work started, his crew was very professional and kept us well informed on what they were doing and progress.
