Had a leaky roof that required immediate tarping. Darrell called the same day I left the online request and at the time I requested.He sent his associate Rick within an hour to assess the situation, and within 3 hours of him contacting us the roof was all tarped up. Wow, I am so impressed. I had three other companies turn me down on this miserable rainy day, but not Darrell. The flashing on my chimney failed and rain was streaming down it and seeping through my ceiling. Thank you to Darrell and his team for coming out in the winter weather to give us a new roof! While other companies did not want to work in the cold or did not call us back, Darrell was professional , easy to communicate with and coordinated well with our renovation contractor. He gave us suggestions regarding the shingles and even helped us decide on a colour. The end result looks awesome and no longer leaks!

Darrell is a great guy and his roofers are a one of a kind crew. They did a great job on the roof. I called late at night because of a leak and they were there at 7 the next morning to put up a tarp without even being accepted as the crew to do the work. I vetted three other roofing companies and they were all good and fairly close in price. Darrel still beat their prices. The job was completed less then a week later and I am a very happy guy.
