First off, I’m a finicky guy that pays close attention to detail. I recently purchased a 30-year old home and the asphalt shingle roof had been recently replaced, however, my detached garage and workshop still had the old shakes (no plywood). I located 3 roofing contractors based upon positive on-line reviews to add plywood and replace with asphalt shingles to match the house. Millwall Roofing was the lowest by a significant margin. The other two roofing contractors did not even spend half the time formulating the estimate with me that Millwall Roofing did. By taking the time to understand what I wanted and discussing the details, Millwall Roofing made me feel comfortable and that I could trust them. I was initially a little hesitant because they were the lowest bid and sometimes in life you get what you pay for. I had some other type of work done previously where I went with the lowest bidder and I ended up regretting it later. This was not so with Millwall Roofing. Not only were they the lowest price, I can say the workmanship was superb even to my standards. There was some flashing detailing that I wanted just right, and I was presented with a few different options. By being able to discuss the details, I believe I was able to make an informed decision. I’m not sure the other roofing contractors would have entertained my attention to detail. A further note, Millwall Roofing had completed my job about a year ago, and I wanted to be sure that there were not leaks or issues prior to writing a review. As of this writing, there has been no issues whatsoever. Great job, Millwall Roofing! I was pleasantly surprised to win on two fronts: price and workmanship. I am extremely satisfied that I went with my “gut-feeling” on this one. I would highly recommend Millwall Roofing to anyone looking for a fair, quality, and timely roof contractor.

When the neighbours house was being worked on, there was a lot of debris and overflow that landed all over my table and into my front doorway. The business owner came over promptly and apologized for the mess and had it cleaned up within minutes! I would definitely give these guys a call as I appreciate the genuine care they showed for someone that wasn't even a client. :)

Numerous parts of our roof were partially damaged - and one part was leaking- due to raccoons digging through to get access to the attic. I called Daryl and he sent one of his employees within 2 hours of my phone call. He managed to repair our roof in a timely manner and explained the areas of damage.

Had a roof leak inspection in May 2017. I called Darrell of Millwall and he attended promptly. The price quoted was acceptable and reasonable.
Darrell explained clearly my current roof situation and suggested ways to solve my roof issue. Although he had sent another roofing company to do the job, that company guys performed the job satisfactory and professionally. I think subcontracting the job is a normal practice of the roofing business but I should be informed beforehand so as to avoid misunderstanding.
I have no hesitation to recommend Millwall to any customers.

Looked at several roofing companies and very happy with our choice. Darrell is very upfront and honest and very transparent. He showed us sample shingles, before and end of day reports as to what had been complete and what work was still outstanding. We also had Millwall Roofing do our gutters as well. Very happy 10/10

I found a small leak from the B-vent during the past few rainy days. The water wetted insulation in the attic. I contacted a couple of companies, but no one seemed to be interested in a "small request" like this, until I called Millwall Roofing. Darrel replied quickly and managed to send his staff over within a reasonable time frame and got the problem fixed quickly. I would definitely use Millwall Roofing for my future needs and recommend the company to our friends.

I had a very small repair needed, which involved re-securing a cap on our chimney. Some companies may not have responded to an insignificant request like this, but Darrell followed through and was prompt about providing a fair solution at a good price. One of his crew who lives nearby stopped en route to another job, and this fellow had everything taken care of in less than half an hour. He cleaned the front of my gutters, too. The next time I need my roof replaced, I will be calling Millwall Roofing.
