Darrell was the original contact and he was fantastic and knowledgeable over the phone. We spoke a few times back and forth and arranged to have Rick contact me to do the work. Rick came to do the work and was courteous and knew what he was doing. Although I was in contact with both Darrell and Rick, the information provided and price was consistent between both of them. We had contacted many other roof companies and Millwall was by far the best value! The roof vent ended up being placed a bit further over than Rick would have liked, but he assured me that if my general contractor had any concerns I could let him know and he would remedy it right away. I've spoken to my contractor who has said there are no issues with the placement. I would hire this company again to do roofing work for us. Rick even suggested someone to us for some unrelated work that we want done. He's super nice!

We are really pleased with our new roof and the work that Darrell and his team at Millwall Roofing did. Darrell, in particular, was very helpful, quick to respond to our inquiries, and kept to the schedule. The reason for it not being 5 out of 5 was that we were disappointed with the clean-up as we thought more care could have been taken once they had finished the job.

First of all, I would like to thank Darrell and his team for doing such an awesome job on our new roof. Our family loves the new natural wood coloured roof on our home and garage.

When our family was looking to get our roof done, we approached several top-rated roofing companies in order to get quotes. I was surprised at the fact that some companies did not even bother coming in for an inspection and relied on Google Earth to roll out estimates. However, when we contacted Millwall Roofing, Darrell was happy to come in during the weekend to inspect our old roof.

In the end, we chose Millwall Roofing because we were very impressed with Darrell's level of service and friendliness during the inspection. When you talk to the guy, you can feel that he is very passionate and proud of the work he's doing. I don't know about you guys, but I would entrust work to Darrell any day over rude individuals giving out estimates from Google Earth.

Overall, the job took two full days to complete. Our family was extremely satisfied with the quality of work done by Darrell and his team. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and families in the future.

Darrell and his team amazed me. When I called, he came quickly and gave me an EXACT estimate. He also was able to start within weeks and finished in a day and a half. He took care of us and all of our needs. We recently had our driveway done and Darrell made sure that the bin did not make one single scratch. He walked us through step by step everything he was doing and it was obvious his customer's needs were his number one priority. The site was cleaned up extremely well.
