Gracious Hardwood flooring is an amazing hardwood flooring store that I have come across so far. I found the customer service and quality extremely good there. Staff over there helped me to find the best product that I needed. Recently I got tiles installed from Gracious Hardwood flooring, and I must say their installation service was extremely good again. Whole process from selection to purchasing to getting installation done everything was smooth and with smooth and perfect finishing done. The quality of the hardwood exceeded my expectations, and the installation was done with precision and care. From start to finish, the customer service was top-notch, making this store my go-to for all flooring needs. I highly recommend Gracious Hardwood flooring to people around who all are looking for best quality products for their house.

Stay away from these people all they do is grab your money do scruffy job and leave the job in the middle then call them making excuses again n again they dont how to be professional with customers when ask for the job to be fixed asking for reviews and more money in cashIm gonna report them in police and file complaint against them, how come they take money and left the job like that..

Never buy from this store. Extremely bad customer service. Will quote verbally one price, charge on credit card other price. Once you pick material, no response, insulting behaviour.
I suggest my next 7 generation & friends not to buy material from this location or this company.
In case you buy, make sure what you order you are getting same material. Make sure what was verbally quoted charged same amount on credit card.

I was recommended by a friend of mine to Gracious Flooring for flooring needs. Initially I was impressed by their selection and didn't bother doing my research when I look back. If you live anywhere outside of Brampton, don't bother making your purchase from Gracious.

I live in Waterdown and was getting Vinyl floor installed for my entire main floor. When we were making the purchase, we were promised that since they are doing the install, they guarantee the install and will pick up any cost from damages. I even had to pay $300 for the distance on top of everything else. They hire international students to do the installs, and it shows. I even made their life easy by having the install done before moving in so they had no furniture to move around.

After they left, I came across issues in their installs and have been chasing after them to get the issues fixed but it's the same excuse every time. Their excuse is because I live too far and that they keep telling their installer but they don't want to come out. Then why did I pay $300??? It's not like I live extremely far, just next to Burlington.

With this level of service, don't expect them to give you any service after the transaction is complete. Make sure you go over their install before completing the transaction.

I've attached only some of the pictures to show you the level of their amateur install. Some of them didn't even click into place properly and move around. Others were damaged because they pushed it too hard. Their installers are not employees but rather contractors regardless of what they try to tell you. An employee would not have an option not to go to a customer's house to fix an install, a contractor would.

Got the house renovated from gracious hardwood service was good and installation was done great . My house looks brand new after the work , trim were installed very nicely as well .

Horrible customer service. They blame me for not ordering when their contractors are directly saying that the supplier should know this is what is needed.

DO NOT BOTHER with Sahil or Anjali. Money making is all they know. They know nothing about customer satisfaction

I got my whole house renovated from Gracious Hardwood FLooring , and my experience since starting was great , great selection , very nice friendly staff . I already recommended them to my friends and family according to me everyone should try out them installation service was perfect as well - They use to come to my place early morning 9:00 am and worked everyday till 6:00 as long my work was complete . No day off like i got some installers before(not this company) they use to show up 1 day and then 2 days off but this experience was great on time completion of job .

We paid 13,000.00 to Gracious Hardwood in 2018 to install hardwood floors and stairs in our home. The installation was completed in September 2018. 1 day after the installation, we called Gracious and said something is wrong with the installation of the floors. The floors have large gaps in the floors and make sounds everywhere on the floor. That being said, we have called Gracious Hardwood over 300 times to have them fix the issue.

They make endless excuses, avoid phone calls and outright have their staff being dishonest to customers. It is now July 2018, almost a year since installation and Gracious has yet to remedy the issue. Anjali, the Owner is not a responsible business owner. She clearly just cares about making the money but does not care about the service and quality that her company offers. Anjali had her supplier come into my home to try to push the blame on them. However, it was not a product issue but clearly an installation issue.

The unfortunate thing is that Gracious would rather lose potential business than to fix their issues. Many of their existing reviews online have the same theme. I have notified the company should they not make any resolutions to these severe issues with their product I would be filing a complaint.

Gracious Hardwood Flooring replaced all the carpets in our house with hardwood flooring. Their prices were too good to pass up. They had a good variety to choose from. All along the process of selection, their sales people were very patient with the times that I changed my mind, once almost at the last moment. They were very knowledgeable. All installation was done at time of my choice and workmanship was of very good quality. I highly recommend people to buy from them. As for me, I went back and got my kitchen renovated through them. When you visit their show room, make sure to ask for a cup of chai from their new machine. It is free, of course. But it is very tasty.

AVOID THIS PLACE. If you are skeptical of bad reviews then at least consider some advice:

1) pay with your credit card (at least your deposit)
2) ask them to write down their payment structure (full payment up front is NOT normal)
3) ask them for a written guarantee of their work

If they are unwilling to put these things in writing that alone should be major red flags.

-they took a deposit
-showed up 5 days late
-workers did an hour's worth of work when we noticed some damage elsewhere resulting from their tools
-Anjali shows up, quickly becomes aggravated that we are concerned about the damage (but does not say she will fix it if there is further damage)
-Anjali walks out after putting a big hole in our kitchen, tells her workers to pack up their things and says on her way out "I will not be returning your deposit" even though WE DID NOT ASK HER TO LEAVE or cancel the job

We got our money back from Visa but if we had paid the deposit another way, it would have been unnecessary stress caused by someone who thinks she can cancel from her end and also keep your money. She is all sugar at first but its just a sales tactic, she quickly changes her tune.

Terrible experience, would not recommend.
