WE SPENT ALMOST 10,000$ AND STUFF WE GOT IS WORTH OF THE MONEY SPENT THERE ITS REALLY GOOD ITS HUGE DIFFERENCE IN THE LOOK OF OUR HOUSE BEFORE WE GOT HARDWOOD INSTALLED AND NOW ITS LOOKS SOO BEAUTIFULL ,I SEE MY FLOOR EVERYDAY AND SAY THANKS TO GRACIUS HARDWOOD AND SAHIL

Horrible people to deal with. Anjali the owner is horrible Once you pay then that's it.. they ll lick ur rear side but only till you pay and once you pay then it's ans different story. Stuff is mostly defective and they ll show something else and will deliver same stuff but from a cheaper manufacturer. Just horrible horrible experience.

DO NOT DEAL WITH ANJALI AND STAFF AT GRACIOUS HARDWARE....THEY GIVE YOU DEFECTIVE MATERIAL AND THEY DONT REPAIR IT AND STOP ANSWERING CALLS OR START BLAMMING YOU FOR EVERYTHING OR START FINDING REASONS TO PUT IT IN ON.....THEY GIVE YOU THINGS EXPENSIVE THAN ANY OTHER STORE.....DONT GO THERE............WORST EXPERIENCE....The other good comments are by staff (self created) you can check them at the store

I visited 4 to 5 stores and then I decided to go with Gracious after comparing quality and prices. They are good people to work with.
Lot of inventory to choose from and prices are reasonable.

The price was competitive and their Installers, Abdullah and team are detailed. After the delivery of the entire 1100 sq. foot of flooring my husband and I changed our mind on the colour. The company cooperated and replaced all boxes on no additional charge.

I have taken Gracious Flooring services for installing the hardwood flooring in my new home. My whole family is amazed with the professional approach and dedication shown by Gracious in achieving such an outstanding result. My home elegance and aesthetic has been appreciated by many friends. I would highly recommend their service.

Worst mistake ever....Do not deal with Anjali or gracious hardwood floors. Spent over 12k on hardwood floor had two issue one with finish on a plank that was faulty. They came back repaired that after harassing them for over two month. Second issue is floor began to cup in the second floor bedroom been over 4 months they still haven't come back to repair it. Only acclimatized first batch of floor after me requesting it half way through the job went to grab the rest from warehouse and installed it right away. Once they take your money they ignore phone calls and give empty promises. Lack customer service and don't know how to resolve issues.

In July of 2014 Gracious Flooring installed porcelain tiles in my kitchen, foyer and bathroom. On the day of the installation, Anjeli had to be called to the house as we did not agree with where the installers were going to begin laying tiles. I would not have had a central line down the kitchen. They finally agreed to start where we asked. In August 2015, the grout became loose on one of the bathroom tiles. Several calls and an email to the company brought me no help at all. From phone calls, I received excuses as to why they would not come and repair it: they no longer had the same grout; it was a simple task - I should try the repair myself. When asked about her guarantee of the floor, Anjeli replied "The floor - yes. Not the grout." I sent an email offering to buy the grout and to pay for a service call, explaining I preferred to have a professional do the repair, even though it was minor and supposedly simple.
I received no response, so this weekend I attempted the repair myself. The follow up service from this company is non-existent and for this reason I would never recommend this company.
