We had contacted Dumouchel Construction Ltd. after seeing the great work they had done on other jobs via their social media and hearing other great recommendations from previous jobs they had completed. We are so glad we did.

They were able to take down our kitchen wall to open up a previously closed off kitchen to allow clear sightlines. We had noted our concern for the timeline of the job given our upcoming birth of our first born and they ensured they got the work done well in advance of our child being born and done in such an efficient manner while ensuring they provided the best quality service possible.

They were friendly and easy to work with as they prioritized timeliness and cleanliness on the job. Furthermore there were issues they encountered on the job given the older age of home and let us know of these issues right away and came up with the best solution possible.

For years, my bathroom suffered from peeling and cracking paint due to no fan, leading to condensation and heat issues. Eric and Phil from Dumouchel Construction not only installed a much-needed fan but also repaired and repainted the affected areas. They didnt just stop at fixing the immediate problem; they went on to repaint the entire ceiling and walls, addressing all blemishes for a comprehensive makeover.

Following damages from a bad storm (a tree fell on our house), Eric and his team quickly took over all aspects of our roof and attic repairs. In fact, Eric essentially handled all interactions with our insurance company as well as all other repair teams. He also discovered additional damages that had been initially missed by the insurance company's structural engineer, leading the insurance company to increase its coverage. We found Eric to be polite, respectful and professional, and simply pleasant to deal with. I would not hesitate to use his services again. Thanks Eric and team !

Eric and team stripped home, identified all problem areas and presented viable solutions and then implemented all the work. His work is impeccable and all inspections passed first time with no deficiencies. He has extensive knowledge in renovations and this was invaluable in resolving issues from poor work performed by previous contractors.

We had an old Stone and paver deck 4 feet high that had to be removed and replaced with a 10 x 15 composite wood deck constructed in the same foot print.
The contractor met every time commitment promised as well as stayed within the original quoted budget.
In addition, the contractor when problems arose created solutions which he readily implemented to more than our satisfaction.w

It is incredibly tough to find a general contractor who can competently complete any task, from the most minor bathroom fan installation to the major jobs Dumouchel Construction has successfully completed at our properties. We have beautiful hardwood flooring, a new exterior door, a new fence, new deck, the list goes on! The work was fantastic, completed on time and on budget. I highly recommend!
