Steve came and did the estimate exactly on time and gave a very competitive quote that was a very good price for the size of the roof. He managed to get to the job fairly quickly considering the time of year and how busy they were. Crew was very polite and professional. HOWEVER, clean up was not well done despite asking for extra attention to nail laying around due to the number of pets I have. There are still nails turning up and in the end I had to replace two motorcycle tires due to nails in them despite the crew coming back supposedly to do another sweep.

When we needed our roof done, we called Turnbull Roofing after they were recommended to us by a good friend. Steve Turnbull replied to our call promptly and visited a few days later to provide us with a quote that was very reasonable. I knew that the job would be a bit of a pain as there were several layers of shingles that needed to be removed and there is not much room between our house and the houses on either side to work, but Steve assured me that the job would not be as bad as I thought and explained the whole process to me without being condescending (as some other contractors and roofers have been). He was very respectful and answered all my questions thoroughly. The fellows who came to do the roof were good-humoured and polite and had the job done within the day. They did an excellent job of the roof and with the clean up and also took extra measures to make sure that the properties on either side of house were protected from the falling debris. While the job was being done, I met Robert Turnbull, who also patiently answered my questions. This is a roofing company with a great deal of knowledge and experience in their profession and we will definitely recommend them to anyone we know who needs their roof done. Never thought getting a new roof would be such an easy experience. We are so PLEASED. Robert and his crew were awesome. They arrived on time and covered everything that may get dirty.
