The Furnace King salesperson was very honest, dedicated and knowledgeable. He was very patient and helpful in assisting me with the process involved. The workmen who installed the new furnace and air conditioner were very professional and competent workers who left my home neat and tidy. I would highly commend the Furnace King company. In fact I referred them to family friends who also were highly satisfied with their service.

We needed to replace our 19 yr old furnace, A/C , and water tank in one shot. Sandip and Furnace King made the process smooth and worry free. Mike the lead installer was friendly and helpful and covered all the details of the install process, and provided all the information for operating the furnace, A/C and water tank.

Our furnace decided to quit so my wife and I did some research on repair versus replacement. We opted for replacement since both units were almost 20 yrs old and we wanted our units to be more efficient. Home Depot had a great promotion for 10 yrs parts AND 10 yrs labour warranty. Best offer out there overall at the time. We then found out that they use Furnace King for their HVAC installs in our area. After reading many reviews, I was comfortable with booking an in-house consultation. I submitted a request online around 8pm and got a phone call within 20 minutes and the consultation was booked for 9am the very next morning. They sent Sandip who is very kind and very knowledgeable. He went over our options, answered all our questions and then performed his assessment of our existing units. He then provided his recommendations. Having just moved into our home a couple of months ago, he understood our budget and worked with us on a plan that fit our budget. He left and gave us time to decide what to do. Even after his in-home consultation, he was always checking in with texts and phone calls to see if he could help answer anymore questions. We decided to move forward with the plan that best suited us and we were able to get a new 2 Stage Trane Furnace and new Trane AC.

The installation occured 2 days after we agreed to move forward. Furnace King sent Brian and Michael who were awesome! Brian is super knowledgeable and both he and Michael worked hard in our tight furnace room without any complaints. Brian made sure to explain everything in detail and also was courteous enough to let us know when they would be a bit noisy since we have 2 babies in the house. They even stayed a little longer to thoroughly test the furnace to ensure their were no issues with the install. When they were done, they cleaned up very well and it was like they weren't even there aside from the awesome new units installed.

All in all our experience was great and the Home Depot / Furnace King really lived up to their high expectations and more. Thank you again Sandip, Brian and Michael for turning a stressful situation into a very positive experience.

After 18 years, our furnace failed. That same evening we had a service person from Furnace King out to us, followed by a sales executive. The next morning we had new furnace installed. The day after that, Furnace King came by and checked on it. All of this was seamless and neat and clean and executed with excellence! No need for follow-up on ANY of it, from us. All Furnace King folks were great. Furnace King looked after a new air conditioner install for us when we first moved into our home. Same exceeding expectations results, there and then, also. jrm

Realized our furnace had stopped working. Called Furnace King the next morning at 9am. They had a technician at our house by noon. Brian was great ! Quickly found the problem and had the part on his truck. Fixed within minutes, and the charge was extremely reasonable. Our furnace is old, very happy they were able to fix it. Brian explained some options and costs for a new one down the road. Thanks Furnace King !

Furnace brokedown on a cold night. Got in touch with homedepot and they got us in touch with Sandip. Sandip was great in explaining all the furnace options and was very accomodating to our needs. He understood our situation and got us heat on the next day.

Later Mike and John came and completed the job in a very professional manner. Mike was very knowledgeable as well and explained all the things and how to maintain the new furnace. Since it was not prudent to weld and balance the ac on frozen ground, he offered to come again to complete the job more professionally and properly. I would highly recommend Sandip and Mike for this kind of projects.

Furnace King replaced my old furnace with a smooth and quiet high efficiency unit in less than 24 hours. The service was professional and the installers were fast, clean , and knowledgeable. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else in the future.

I needed to do a complete upgrade of my furnace and AC system, and I reached out to furnace king and they put me in touch with Sandip. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and dropped by at a time that was convenient for me.

After doing some research I decided to go with Furnace King through Home Depot. The price was very competitive and the company had a great reputation and the Trane equipment was very well reviewed. They booked an install date that worked for me and the installers, Mike and John, arrived on time, were exceptionally friendly (putting up with my 1000 questions) and professional. The installation was pretty difficult, the original furnace was from 1978 and in a very confined space, but they managed to do a fantastic job. I couldn't have been happier. Sandip dropped by to check how things were going, which I thought was great added service, and he followed up after a couple days to make sure it was working great.

I did have a minor issue with the humidifier and furnace King booked someone right away, Claudio, who was great. Even though it wasn't urgent, dropped by before his first call of the day, fixed the problem (minor drip/leak at the connection due to a small crack in the plastic fitting) and dropped by later in the day to double check everything. Sandip also followed up on this issue.

Overall I couldn't be more pleased with the product, the installation and the improvements to my home and furnace King and their staff, especially Sandip. I haven't tested out the AC yet, but the new unit is much more efficient, quieter and kept the house quite warm even during the super cold spell in December. I have it run through my Nest thermostat (which they installed for me) and it's super helpful to manage the settings remotely as that also keeps my costs of heating down. I highly recommend Furnace King.
