new furnace install ... excellent service, at all steps of the customer journey
After 18 years, our furnace failed. That same evening we had a service person from Furnace King out to us, followed by a sales executive. The next morning we had new furnace installed. The day after that, Furnace King came by and checked on it. All of this was seamless and neat and clean and executed with excellence! No need for follow-up on ANY of it, from us. All Furnace King folks were great. Furnace King looked after a new air conditioner install for us when we first moved into our home. Same exceeding expectations results, there and then, also. jrm
