Kim and Colby were a joy to work with today. They are very professional moving antiques and large, heavy unique pieces of furniture and art work. They protected the new paint job in our home with padding. They even helped us with some design tips! A very "no-stress" day for us. We will happily hire them again to move our condo once it sells.

Impact Zone did an excellent job for us when moving a family member to extended care living. Polite and understanding of the situation and went to a total of 4 locations for pick-ups and drop-offs.

Totally great service from a hard working team. I will use them again and again. Thank you for fitting me into your busy schedule and for helping me to get what I needed done, done.

It all started at the front desk. Karina was the gal that got the ball in motion with booking the date and time and was very pleasant to work with. She reassured me that I would be well taken care of - and I was - thank you! Then Kim and Colby pulled it all together for me: 1) friendly and easy to communicate with 2) clean in appearance 3) extremely efficient -packed up all that I have in one load 4) respectful of my furniture and property and at the end of the day everything was on time and on budget (for me) and that took a load off my shoulders. Kim and Colby moved my family this passed weekend and we couldn't be any happier! What a great job!! They had quite the adventure getting our oversized fridge into our small space but managed to slide it through the kitchen window, if you can only imagine! This is the second time that I have witnessed residential moves from Kim and I have recommended him and his team many times and will keep doing so! Their proffesionalism has set the bar high! Kim and Colby did an excellent job of moving furniture from one home to another destination (5 destinations to be exact)! They were prompt, professional, efficient and incredibly neat. They gave excellent advice and went above and beyond what was expected of them. They went out of their way to meet our timeline and were cheerful and pleasant throughout the whole process ... attempting to meet the ever-changing needs of 5 women who kept changing their minds! :)

I have since used them for 2 other jobs and have been equally pleased with their work each time. I have recommended them to my Realtor as a firm that could be recommended to others in need of professional movers.

Impact Zone did a great job. I had two moves with them, one into my parents house for a week while I waited to take possession of the new place, and then another move a week later once I did take possession.

These guys bust their asses! Not only did they take everything down the stairs because the elevator was broken, but they even jogged whenever they weren't carrying something. Extremely friendly, extremely polite, very professional service through-and-through.

Kim and Colby did an awesome job for me. Kept my organization in place and were happy to accommodate me. It was a hot day but they managed to stay on track and get the job done. Thank you for the hard work guys!!!

Impact Zone was amazing. They were the nicest movers I have ever dealt with. They were a little late but once they arrived they were quick, efficient, cautious, so helpful, and willing to assist in anything else we needed (putting together furniture, etc). I would absolutely use them again in the future.

KIM AND HIS CREW WERE A FEW MINUTES LATE AND HAD THE COURTESY TO LET US KNOW. OUR MOVE ENDED UP BEING ALOT MORE THAN HE ANTICIPATED AND TOOK ALOT LONGER. KIM STAYED VERY LATE INTO THE NIGHT UNTIL THE JOB WAS DONE. VERY CAREFUL AND WORKED VERY HARD. 100% SATISFIED WITH THEM. THEY COVERED ALL THE FLOORS AND STAIRS.
