They cancelled my order and did not let me know until 5 days after I placed it online. They claimed that they did not have inventory. When I asked why I was able to order in the first place they had no reasonable explanation. Customer support is terrible. The first time I called they told me a manager would call me back. When they never called back I called a second time. I was told that no manager was available and asked if I would like them to call me back...

Went to buy laptop. Two employees just standing around, could see that I needed help but had to ask for it. Bought laptop but had to leave it to get set up. Called next day to see if it was ready, NO ONE in any department would answer the phones. Had to go into store again lots of 3 guys in laptop area, 2 guys in geek squad just standing around. Never buying from there again.

Ordered a tablet online..computer mistakenly populated my suite number with the wrong suite. I called 2hrs after making purchase to cancel and to reorder since order status still said open, and per terms and conditions you could. Customer service was NO HELP..nothing could be done, even though their policy said they could...NEVER AGAIN

If you schedule a delivery for anything don't expect to get it until a week after your delivery date. I had a delivery scheduled for 4 days ago, and it was delayed so they rescheduled for yesterday. Yesterday no one showed up, and no one phoned to notify me. Today after 16 irritating phone calls, I was told it was cancelled, they didn't know why no one contacted me, and that I would have to reschedule again. Icing on the cake - their deliveries are booked solid for the next three days even though I was repeatedly told I was a "high priority". No one seems to care that it was supposed to be delivered 4 days ago.

Never again.

If you order on line with Future Shop.ca and you want them to match the best price you got. Good luck ! First make sure you get a confirmation of the price you are going to be charged in writing (email) BEFORE you order. Do not take for granted whatever the Customer service rep. tells you over the phone. It is worthless to futureshop.ca..I will never order from that estremely mediocre company again. Good luck if you do.

I had never purchased a washer or dryer before so was hesitant. I thought future shop was just for music and other related electronics - so I was actually in there shopping for something else. A lovely store clerk named Mike was so helpful, didn't up-sell me when he most likely could have and worked out all the delivery details in just under an hour. The washer and dryer work wonderfully - who knew samsung even made them!

I was looking around at many different shops to update the family homes entertainment system. I found that Furture shops product and quality was outstanding and the sales assistant that helped me was very knowledgable. He showed me the differences between others and the price differences and features, and also was able to help me understnad what is actually needed and features that may be never used but paid for. I am very happy with my purchase and allows the family to have very enteratining movie night.

I lost my camera and needed to replace it. Unfortunately I needed to replace the original one with the same make and model as I had a underwater case that would only fit that make / model. The staff went to considerable effort to find it for me and I was impressed with the great customer service I got.

We bought a Sharp air Cleaner and a Panasonic Microwave Oven from Future Shop, and overcame our initial instinct to refuse the service contract. These salesmen must make a good commission on the service contracts because they put more effort into selling them than they do to giving you the information on the appliance. Anyhoo, the $30 we paid for the microwave was well worth it because when it broke down 2 years later we hauled it into the store and walked away with a new one.

We had a salesman chase us around the store to tell us firmly that they only accept "electronics" for recycling, but once he figured out (after we repeated ourselves a few times) what we were there for he apologised and the transaction was smooth.
