Mango Maids

Many of the people who come for cleaning either have not done it before or have not been trained properly. If it's hourly they will keep cleaning the bathroom for 4 hrs! The rest of the house probably might take two days. And guess what the bathroom that was cleaning still had spots on the walls and baseboard! I have yet to see a professionally done job at the right price from this company...

I bought a groupon for 5 hours of cleaning. The cleaners did arrive on time and were very friendly. I decided to leave my house and tipped an extra $40 in advance. So in total, I paid for the cleaning, the extra gas milage and the tip (approx $200). I was really disappointed. They did a horrible job of cleaning. I asked to have my lamp shades dusted specifically and they weren't even touched. That is just one example but I would never recommend this company to anyone. A waste of money.

They did an amazing job. They did end up being 1 hr late but having 3 cleaners in and out was amazing. They cleaned for the whole 1hr40m (5hrs/3cleaners) my house looks brand new again! Definitely using them again and I highly recommend them. I'm not sure what cleaners they used but my dark hardwood floors actually look clean and some of my scratches aren't as noticeable. With 2 German shepherds, 2 kids under 5 and a full time job this is like a Christmas miracle. They literally cleaned everything, it was like having a cleaning swat team.

Used groupon to get a residential cleaning for 5 hours. The car arrived but they sat in the car for probably 1/2 hour before the 3 cleaners came in. They cleaned the house in 1 hour & I was ok with the job they did. After they left I realized I'd only got 3 hrs of cleaning. Phoned the office, he checked the GSP on the car & then phoned the cleaners. They denied sitting there for so long. He argued with me & so much as told me I was wrong. Told him he was paying these people to sit in the car so he's the
loser. Finally told him to forget it. If you use these people get the cleaners to sign in & out. You won't get any help from the managers.

I bought a Groupon Coupan and paid extra in advance to get all my carpets washed. The cleaning was ok but there was multiple stains left from their machines after it dried off. After 3 weeks, many phone calls and messages they set up an appointment to come and remove the stains. They were suppose to be here at 9 AM Saturday - never showed up and no phone call. There is no way to get ahold of them; they don't have a phone number to call and you can not confirm with them. So in summary, I would never deal with these people; they do an inadequate job, they don't garuantee their work and they do not show up for their appointments. I will never again deal with Mango maid; the Mango they left with the thank you note was not worth the cost.

I have used a number of cleaning companies and this company gave excellent service, they were very pleasant to work with and were very thorough. I was very pleased (and I am very fussy!). Highly recommended.

I had a move-out cleaning service for my father's apartment. They did an excellent job. I am extremely happy with the cleaning, and the cleaners should be proud of the work they did.

I had to point out a billing error to the Mango Maids staff, but they corrected it quickly and apologized for the error.
