Trail Appliances

After visiting a few stores and getting little or no help we finally decided to visit Trail Appliances. We met Murray there who spent the time going over many different types and prices with us and eventually led us to the clearance section where we happen to find the perfect fridge at a great price! The checkout process was quick and easy and everyone was very professional. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They helped us select the right appliances for the kitchen upgrade, found some dealer specials that were not advertised, saved us about 1,200, so they are heroes to us. They delivered them and the delivery guys helped us set them up. great experience, it's why we have always bought from them.

Purchased 3 x appliances for kitchen None of them are in proper working order and now that I've complained several times Adam the service manager (if you can call him a manager) is threatening to not service the appliances because he doesn't like my attitude. He ain't seen nothing yet!!

bought new house with baywest, had to use trail. Had to replace hardwood floor they ruined installing fridgefreezer. No response to phone calls. I paid over $650 for installs !!!.

I just move to a new home, I bought all kitchen appliances with trail and upgraded all. They put old fridge and stove. I keep calling them, no return calls. Very bad service.

We dealt with the North Trail Location and were treated with respect and integrity throughout the whole process. Our sales guy was Thomas and really, we could not have had a nicer guy to deal with. Professional, courteous, super knowledgable about all of our products. Upon delivery, the stove was damaged. No problem. Thomas arranged for a loaner stove to be delivered the next day. Our stove was no longer in stock so Thomas ordered the newer model at no additional cost.

Customer service non existant, purchased this refrigerator 16 months ago. It is now leaking, ( no external water connection ), phoned service, I was told it would cost $$$ as the warranty was expired and I DID NOT purchase an extended warrant. Now it all my fault, very condescending person on the phone.. I'm a general contractor and would not recommend Trail appliances to anyone anymore...

We purchased pretty much all the home appliances from them when we moved to a new place. They done price match for us and knowledgeable sale person was very helpful to choose the best options for us upon the purchase. I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family. Price was pretty competitive as well.

We had a small problem with our fridge, it was leaking and we couldn't figure out were it was coming from. We called trail appliance and spoke to a repair man. He told us the things to trouble shoot and possible repair. We carried out his suggestions and now the fridge works great. Didn't need repair man to come out.

Horrible Horrible company.

The sales team is great.. The delivery and installation team were awful. Basically I took 2 days of work off and still do not have all of my appliances.

If you are looking for a company that can accommodate your schedule for delivery then look elsewhere.

I will certainly look elsewhere in the future. If your builder has a "certificate" for Trail with your new house purchase then I would negotiate that out of the sale.
