I went to Andy following all of the amazing reviews on this site. Andy guided me to pick the right mattress, upgrade the pillow set, and gave me protector for free. He made it all really easy for me, delivered on time, and so far mattress and pillows feel amazing, thanks a lot Andy for all the help!!!

AAAAAA+++++++ Andy from Ton Furniture is amazing. Not only is this the best mattress I have ever encountered the price was unbeatable. It is not often you get to buy a mattress (or any other product) and receive a tour of the factory where it is made. This place is one in a million.

After shopping around for a new mattress at the basic and well known stores that sell mattresses, I was discouraged by the pricing and also the pressure I received by those sales reps to buy on the spot.
I came across Andy’s company on line and, after a quick and informative call, he was able to meet me at his warehouse in a short notice, on a Saturday afternoon. I ended up getting a much better mattress, at a much better price than anybody else offered for the same quality. I also got a same day delivery with a smile!!
I would strongly recommend this company and trust to shop from in the future :)

Andy is one of the best customer service person that I have dealt with in a long time. He was very accomodative to our needs and provided the best guidance in helping us get the right mattress.
I had numerous questions for him and he was always quick to respond via email. He helped us customize the mattress build by adding the features I wanted, even though it meant it would take longer to get our mattress. Additionally, after delivering a low-profile box spring (which didn't work for us), he graciously came out again a 2nd time and swapped it with an even lower one.
We decided on the Natural Escape Firm mattress and I must say that I have had the best sleep on it in years. I had a lot of back problems and after sleeping on this, they all seemed to have disappeared!!

Andy is the best contact you need for a mattress; we went to the showroom, and bought two mattresses. His customer service was more that we are used to-excellent during and even after the sale.
Prices were better than any other store.

I got my mattress two hours after I landed in Toronto, very nice guy delivering it and just a great experience overall. My sister will use this service when she moves.

I purchased a mattress and boxer from ton furniture and the service was amazing. Mattress was delivered the next day. Andy went the extra mile and lifted the mattress up to my second floor balcony since it would fit in my tight stairwell. Mattress is excellent quality and comfy as heck. Will be buying more off him in the near future.

We bought a new Queen size mattress and bed base a few weeks ago from Andy at Ton Furniture. He accommodated us by specially coming to his warehouse on a day that he was actually busy with a trade show, all because my husband and I couldn't make it any other day due to working hours.
Andy is very knowledgeable, professional, patient and friendly, and a pleasure to do business with! He gave us all the information required for us to make a good decision on the bed we purchased.
The mattress selection in his showroom is amazing, making it easy to find what we were looking for, and the prices are unbelievable. We paid at least half of what we would have paid in any other mattress store, for a much better quality mattress too, with a longer guarantee.
I am very happy that I found Ton Furniture and would not hesitate to recommend Andy to my friends and family. We will certainly buy all our mattresses from him in future....I wouldn't go anywhere else! ( I compared beds in other stores for quality, guarantee and price before I made my purchase from Andy). The bed we bought was delivered by Andy on a bone-chilling night when Toronto was in the deep freeze.... the extreme cold was not a problem for him. He had a friendly smile despite the weather. We thankfully have had decent sleep since buying the new bed.

Andy is a life saver. Purchasing a mattress from him was effortless. He was very cordial, answered all the questions we had and gave us a tour. He even delivered the mattress on time after we had changed dates on him due to our builder's timing. I have to say, this mattress has given us the best night's sleep in many months. Definitely going back to buy another mattress.

Andy was incredibly helpful and very reliable. After a mattress deal with another supplier went sour at the last-minute (and the movers were already scheduled to come pick up my things in a matter of days for a move to the Far North!), I was a bit panicked about what options I would have left. The situation I suddenly found myself in was very stressful. Andy was very patient with me. He responded to my many phone calls and questions with professionalism and did everything he could to get me the mattress I wanted on time at a price I could afford.
