I paid $379 for a dishwasher door and $135 to fix ice maker. I told the company that the dishwasher door spring had broken and could they bring this part so that I would only require one visit. They said yes but the technician did not have any parts when he arrived. Had to take off a half a day two times. Had to pay for two fuel surcharges on the first visit (a fuel surcharge for each appliance even though it was only one trip) and then another fuel surcharge for the second visit.

From the very first call, to the completed repair, everyone I spoke and dealt with was very friendly and presented themselves professionally.

I had an issue with my fridge and they knew exactly what was wrong, how to fix it, and came prepared to do so. One visit and they had my fridge fixed. Before finding Elite Appliance I had actually called other repair shops and left voicemails and none of them seemed to call me back. So happy this was so easy. Even if you phone in and there is a waiting time to speak with someone, they have a callback service. You don’t have to wait around on hold, they’ll call you back if you choose to use that feature!

Elite Appliance provides amazing service. My door on my gas stove would not shut completely tight. I called them for service and they were extremely fast at coming to the house to look at the the door. Within a couple weeks the friendly service guy came back with the parts and fixed the door extremely fast. I highly recommend this company. My work order number is: 9406837532

My freezer door was scratched and elite was instructed to pesticide me a new door and to install. The service man was very patient, friendly, considerate and clean.
I will certainly call in elite again.

The brand new LG fridge with water dispenser was leaking. The technician, Melvin, showed up for the diagnosis visit and patiently waited 15 minutes for me while I was running late. Subsequent repair visit was also done and issue got resolved. Work order 315284

Work order 317204. The latch on my dishwasher was failing. The repair technician from Elite arrived on time, with a new latch and replaced the old one quickly. He ran the dishwasher on different cycles several times to ensure it closed and operated correctly. Great job done quickly and well.

I purchased a Samsung Fridge from Lowes and the freezer door handle could not to connected to the door. I contacted Lowes and explained exactly what the problem was. The repair gentlemen arrived with a handle it was the door not the handle I had to wait and other fifteen days before they came with the door.
