I purchased a Samsung Fridge from Lowes and the freezer door handle could not to connected to the door. I contacted Lowes and explained exactly what the problem was. The repair gentlemen arrived with a handle it was the door not the handle I had to wait and other fifteen days before they came with the door.

Hi There, sorry for the long wait. When we order doors from manufacturer's it can take some time. When a cosmetic part such as a door is received we our techs inspect it thoroughly to make sure there aren't any defects in the door from factory , or shipping.
