Elite Appliance Service – Toronto

We just had our dishwasher serviced by Elite due to a recall. The service providers, from the person who made the initial phone call to the service delivery man, were courteous and polite. They were accommodating with our schedule and the service was completed efficiently! Overall, we are happy with the service from Elite!!

WO# 316451, the service was excellent as usual. I've used Elite Appliance several times now for different appliance repairs (e.g. fridge, dishwasher, washer, etc.). The technician quickly diagnosed, and repaired our leaky dishwasher.

They were flexible when scheduling an appointment but they also called me to notify me that the technician was running slightly late. I appreciated that. The technician was friendly and fixed the issue immediately.

Samsung dryer stopped working called Elite Apliance Service for an appointment.
They came right on time with the right part. Work number 315257. They were quick efficient and had the right tools for the job.

The technican was friendly fast and efficent. Elite applicance communicated the status of the technicians arrival and made this process very fast. I would recommend this company and call them again in future for any applicance repairs

Newly installed samsung dishwasher had a minor leak on a Friday. Techs do not work on weekend, so we had to wait until Monday.
However, both support centre and tech, were super friendly and attentive. The issue was resolved quickly. Great service.

Mike arrived on time to fix a manufacture recall and to replace both door springs. He explained what needed to be done, provided an estimate, and completed the work efficiently. All is well.... Would highly recommend Mike/Elite Appliance. Thanks You... no more hand washing dishes ... Yahoo !! :-)
