Called for a quoate, Sam gave me a fair price. gave him the go ahead 4 days later, the installer (Adam) showed up on the Tuesday morning as promised. He removed the old unit, installed the new unit, updated the electrical system to todays code. He also corrected the condensation drain line flow. Then cleaned up the job. Very professional from start to finish.

In August 2017 I used Convertible Heating & Air Conditioniong Inc. to replace a furnace and water heater and was extremely happy with their service. Consequently, I had no hesitation in using them again to replace my Air Conditioning System. I concluded a contract with Sam by phone on June 4 and a two man crew arrived promptly at 9 am on June 12. They did an excellent installation, were both polite and conducted themselves very professionally as well as protected the carpeting and cleared up thoroughly afterwards. I am very happy with the results and the the prompt service providedduring a very busy period. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Nothing but great things to say. Marnie was quick and fair with the quote, our installers (Brandon & Josh) showed up right on time and completed the job professionally and efficiently. They were done, cleaned up and packed up in 90mins.

We originally requested the unit be put on brackets but Brandon and Josh explained why this would not be the best option given the circumstances. I appreciated the insights, and opted to leave the unit on the ground.

Oh sure, we're priority when they're making a sale, but warranty service? Warranty service that we pay good money every year to maintain. Keep getting blown off for almost a week now. Always the same answer: "Someone will call you soon." Over and over. When calling to complain, just get hung up on. I'm tired of having to arrange for someone to be home during working hours just in case they MIGHT be able to fit us in. How do they not have an appointment book/calendar at the office? Waste of money and time.

I needed to replace my central air system. Got quotes from 3 separate companies and they really did deliver on a competitive pricing. Fast and reliable service and installed on the date as promised. Would recommend this company!

I had three quotes for a new furnace, air conditioner, humidifier, and media air filter. Chris from convertible heating and air conditioning was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided me with a reasonable quote and answered all my questions to my great satisfaction.

Their technicians Eric and Kemar were equally professional and knowledgeable. They also answered my many questions. They worked hard and kept my house clean.

I had a new American Standard furnace and A/C installed by Kemar, from Convertible Heating & A/C. Kemar was very professional and courteous, and was very meticulous about the work he did. He made sure the entire installation was done with care. He tested everything to ensure the system was running properly before he left.

Michael, the salesman was also very professional and courteous. Despite my numerous questions, he made sure to answer all of them. In one instance, he even arranged for me to call an engineer with Convertible so that my concerns could be fully addressed.
