Oh sure, we're priority when they're making a sale, but warranty service? Warranty service that we pay good money every year to maintain. Keep getting blown off for almost a week now. Always the same answer: "Someone will call you soon." Over and over. When calling to complain, just get hung up on. I'm tired of having to arrange for someone to be home during working hours just in case they MIGHT be able to fit us in. How do they not have an appointment book/calendar at the office? Waste of money and time.

Hello sir I am not sure what this is about because we certainly DO provide service in the evenings- and- weekends, and even on Christmas Day. ..not just when convenient for us.

..as well there is definitely something not correct with this review. It seems like part of the real story may be missing sir.

I would truly appreciate it if you would call me directly so I can look into this and check your address because even during the first heat wave of this season when everybody was really backed- up we are all caught up according to us -we do not have any outstanding service calls. None. In fact today we are booking calls for same day and tonight.

And- it is not all about the money of the sale as all of our customers know -if it was, we would be charging 40% more on our sales like our competitors do, but we don't because we like our customers and genuinely want to help them.

Please call me directly Marnie 416-712-0461 so I can make this correct for you. what you are describing is the opposite of how we operate.

We do over 1000 air conditioners a year sir if we acted the way you described we would have 1000
0/10 on HomeStars right now and we don't and that is because we are busy taking care of people after the installation when they need help with service.

Why would we be so foolish we know that anybody could go to HomeStars and trash our reputation?

How would we make it 51 years in business by not helping others after the fact?

We simply wouldn't- something is missing from your review and I would really appreciated if you would call me so we could learn what that is and make your life better.
