Our outdoor landscaping was old and tired looking. It was over 20 years old and not only did everything look dated, but our front walkway and rear patio were not functional. The curb appeal to our home was lacking. We needed a refreshed look that incorporated some of our existing trees. We began our search for a landscape contractor who would complete the job to our liking. Mimmo, from Forever Stone, provided us with one of our 3 other quotations from other contractors. Since the start, Mimmo displayed a high degree of care and patience. Any time we had questions, Mimmo was there to provide a prompt response. Mimmo met with us on several occasions to review the design. He always offered insightful advice. After several consultations with Forever Stone and other contractors, we felt most comfortable with Mimmo. We hired Mimmo in 2020, and he agreed to commence our work in 2021. We were pleasantly surprised with the efficiency of Mimmo and his crew. They were punctual and completed the entire transformation of our outdoors in less than 2 weeks. For anyone who has gone through home renovations (indoor or outdoor), you know how disruptive this can be. Mimmo promised to complete the job in 2 weeks, and he surprised us by completing it in 1.5 weeks. He used proper materials to complete the work and gave us a base equal to or greater than what we negotiated. We are very happy with our outdoors. Mimmo's design and workmanship has completely transformed the front and rear of our home. To date, we received many compliments from our neighbours and friends regarding the finished product and workmanship. I would not hesitate to hire Forever Stone again! I had a new American Standard furnace and A/C installed by Kemar, from Convertible Heating & A/C. Kemar was very professional and courteous, and was very meticulous about the work he did. He made sure the entire installation was done with care. He tested everything to ensure the system was running properly before he left. Michael, the salesman was also very professional and courteous. Despite my numerous questions, he made sure to answer all of them. In one instance, he even arranged for me to call an engineer with Convertible so that my concerns could be fully addressed. Excellent service all around and I would not hesitate to hire them again!

We were having issues with our Kohler pedestal sink. Every time we would turn the faucet on, beyond a certain point, the water pressure would decrease significantly. I called Strong Plumbing and spoke to Valentin. He responded to my messages promptly and even offered me solutions over the phone, in the event there was something minor that didn't require his services. I knew I was dealing with someone honest from that point on. Valentin showed up on time and resolved the problem right away. He explained what was causing the pressure problem and replaced the parts that were defective. Valentin kept the area clean and tidy and was respectful of our home throughout his visit. Before he left, he even took the time to explain other preventative measures I should know of to ensure my sink and toilets worked optimally. I am happy to have found someone who is very professional, knowledgeable, honest, and fair. I will certainly call Strong Plumbing in the future and recommend them to my friends and family members.
