Furnace and Humidifier Install
Unfortunately our furnace was having issues (ended up needing replaced), and our protection plan contracted the work to Convertible.
The install was great, everything was left very tidy and the technician (Rick) took the time to explain everything afterwards. Grant at the sales office went over and above in answering all my various questions!
The only minor downside was that the appointment for the original inspection and the install both had to be changed, but both times they made sure to still accommodate as close to the original time as possible.
Would happily deal with this company again.
