Our main breaker was regularly tripping. After having an electrical issue diagnosed by a contractor the insurance company sent, I spoke with Mark for a second opinion as he had previously done work for us. It became clear right away that the issue was misdiagnosed by the previous company. Mark promptly had his team (Charlie & Cody) come out to look at it and it was evident this was an emergency. His team were friendly and explained everything to us. After presenting our options and discussing them, they picked up parts, arranged everything with the town utility and carried out the work. Mark also spoke with our insurance company, clearly explained the issue and was able to arrange everything with them appropriately. Thank you Mark, Charlie & Cody for your prompt response, making sure our family was safe, your very pleasant demeanour and for arranging everything with the insurance company. Would happily do work with you again in future.

Unfortunately our furnace was having issues (ended up needing replaced), and our protection plan contracted the work to Convertible. The install was great, everything was left very tidy and the technician (Rick) took the time to explain everything afterwards. Grant at the sales office went over and above in answering all my various questions! The only minor downside was that the appointment for the original inspection and the install both had to be changed, but both times they made sure to still accommodate as close to the original time as possible. Would happily deal with this company again.

Thomas and his colleague (sorry, I forget his name!!) came out to close our pool this past weekend. Unfortunately on the day they were meant to come, they experienced some unforeseen weather delays and weren't able to come as planned. Credit to Thomas, he called once he knew, apologized and then worked around my schedule the following day to ensure that I could be there at the time they did it (as I'd requested that). They were both lovely guys and took the time to walk me through how it was done (and why they did certain things the way they did), while still completing the job in a very time-efficient manner. They were a very competitive price, and even performed some added extras that my local pool shop didn't. Thomas seemed very knowledgeable and has left me feeling confident that there won't be any problems when I open the pool in the spring. But he made it clear that I shouldn't hesitate to call him if I do have any questions or concerns, which was very reassuring. Would have no hesitation recommending Thomas and his company. We decided to add a porch enclosure to the front of our house and got quotes from a few companies. Alex at Lumina was by far the most prompt and courteous, including making the long drive out from where he was located to our house. His pricing was also competitive. We were able to come to a quick decision based on the information he gave us at the house and he went over and above to make sure my wife could get the solution she wanted: double doors (despite the space limitations being very challenging). Alex was also very patient and accommodating as we waited to get our front steps repaired before having final measurements taken. Once the doors arrived, the installer did a great job of putting them in and they look fantastic! Alex was also very quick to come back out to fix a very minor problem that we didn't notice at the time of installation. Would happily recommend Alex and Lumina Windows and Doors.

A big thanks to Kirk and Mark for installing our safety cover - it looks great and is a significant improvement on the big black pit of previous years! Very much looking forward to opening in spring and having much less work to do compared to the old tarp. Communication with Kirk was great throughout: from enquiry, to multiple questions from myself, to coming out to measure, to ordering and installation. A pleasure to do business with two great guys and would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone.

I would 100% recommend Larry and this company. He was very knowledgeable, extremely professional and he was a great guy! Larry clearly explained what I should initially do to try and track down whether I did indeed have a leak, or whether it was just evaporation, to save me having to pay for him to come out if it wasn't actually a leak. After determining that I did likely have a leak, Larry quickly arranged an appointment and made sure to follow-up on the day to give me a more accurate time. Despite poor weather, Larry still came out and worked round it to find my leaks (yes, several of them!) and he then promptly repaired them that same day. Everything has been great since, and it has been a nice saving on the water bill :-) Thanks Larry - it was great to work with you!
