We needed to replace both our furnace and A/C unit. We saw an ad for Convertible and decided to get a quote as they were highly rated on Homestars.
Our consultant Michael came out and discussed various options with us. We received detailed quotes that were significantly lower than the ones we received from the company we had used previously.
The installation went very smoothly. The 2 installers showed up on time and were very friendly and courteous. They were very careful when working both inside and outside our home and didn't leave any mess or damage.
We are very happy with both units as they are more efficient and much quieter than our old system.
Overall we are very happy with the service , communication and equipment we received from Convertible and will recommend them to others.
