We have used Higher Place Tree Care before and recently had Chris and his crew back to do more work in our backyard. Chris came out to discuss the work required, made recommendations and provided a detailed quote. The estimating and scheduling was done efficiently. We had a small mulberry tree removed, our large cedar hedge pruned and a lot of deadwood taken out as well as some other pruning of trees and shrubs. They were very careful not to damage other plants and left the property very clean and tidy. The work was done very efficiently and Chris and his team were very professional and friendly. We will use them again and highly recommend this company.

We needed to replace both our furnace and A/C unit. We saw an ad for Convertible and decided to get a quote as they were highly rated on Homestars. Our consultant Michael came out and discussed various options with us. We received detailed quotes that were significantly lower than the ones we received from the company we had used previously. The installation went very smoothly. The 2 installers showed up on time and were very friendly and courteous. They were very careful when working both inside and outside our home and didn't leave any mess or damage. We are very happy with both units as they are more efficient and much quieter than our old system. Overall we are very happy with the service , communication and equipment we received from Convertible and will recommend them to others.

We recently had our main roof replaced by this company. We are repeat customers because we were so pleased with their work and service when we had our flat roof replaced a few years ago. Darren inspected our roof and provided a detailed and thorough cost estimate and communicated regularly with us regarding scheduling and the process. Dan and his work crew were very efficient, professional and friendly and kept us informed of the progress. They were very careful while removing the old shingles and cleaning up all the debris on our property. There were some additional unexpected repairs required and Darren clearly explained them and completed them at a reasonable cost. We appreciated that the work was documented with photos so we could see exactly what was done. Darren was great to work with. We are very happy with all the work done and would highly recommend them.
